Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Moloko Desi Ghee
- ½ cup warm water (as needed)
- 1 cup Moloko Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ cup Moloko Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and cumin seeds. Add Moloko Desi Ghee and rub it into the flour. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll each into a disc, and sprinkle a generous amount of Moloko Cheddar Cheese inside. Fold and roll again into a paratha shape.
- Heat a pan and cook the paratha on medium heat, adding a little Moloko Desi Ghee until golden brown and crispy.
- For the dip, mix Moloko Plain Yogurt with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot, crispy cheesy parathas with the cool yogurt dip and enjoy! 😋🔥
